Mike & Mary Gilbert Red Stag Acres Holmen, Wisconsin

Mike and Mary Gilbert live in the hills of western Wisconsin.  They own and operate Red Stag Acres featuring premium venison from Red Deer and breeding stock.

They have four adult children.  Mike breeds several varieties of Ameraucana and Chantecler chickens.
